How to Configure Your Email on Outlook, Thunderbird, or Apple Mail Print

To use your email on a desktop or mobile app, you’ll need the following settings:

Incoming Mail Server (IMAP)

  • Server: mail.yourdomain.com
  • Port: 993
  • Encryption: SSL/TLS

Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)

  • Server: mail.yourdomain.com
  • Port: 465
  • Encryption: SSL/TLS

Username: Your full email address
Password: The one you set in cPanel

Note: Some devices use port 587 for SMTP with STARTTLS — it’s also supported.
