AI Hosting Agreement

1. Services Provided

We provide shared hosting, VPS hosting, managed WordPress hosting, and AI-enabled website services as described at the time of purchase. The specific features, resources, and limitations of your chosen hosting plan are detailed on our website and in your order confirmation.

We reserve the right to modify, upgrade, or discontinue certain features of our hosting services with reasonable notice to you.

2. Acceptable Use

Your use of our hosting services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. We may suspend or terminate your services if we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that your use:

• • Violates any applicable law or regulation
• • Harms the stability, security, or performance of our platform
• • Interferes with other customers' use of our services
• • Involves the distribution of malware, spam, or malicious content

3. Backups and Data Responsibility

Unless you have purchased a backup product or service, you are solely responsible for maintaining regular backups of your content, databases, and other data. We may perform routine backups for system recovery purposes, but these are not guaranteed to be complete, accurate, or available for restoration.

We strongly recommend that you maintain your own off-server backups of all critical data.

4. Security Obligations

You are responsible for:

• • Securing your application code, scripts, and installed software
• • Maintaining strong passwords and keeping login credentials confidential
• • Ensuring your end-users comply with applicable laws and our policies
• • Promptly addressing any security vulnerabilities discovered in your hosted content

We provide platform-level security controls including firewalls, DDoS protection, and routine security monitoring. However, no security measures are impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

5. Billing, Renewals, and Cancellation

All hosting services are provided on a subscription basis and will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you disable auto-renewal before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current fees for the renewed term.

Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of your services. Suspended accounts may have their data deleted after a reasonable period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. AI-Powered Features

If your hosting plan includes AI-powered features (such as AI website builders, content generators, or automated optimization tools), you acknowledge that:

• • AI-generated content may not be unique, accurate, or suitable for all purposes
• • You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before publication
• • AI features are provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time
• • You retain all ownership rights to content you create using AI tools

7. Service Level and Availability

We strive to maintain high availability for our hosting services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance, which may temporarily affect service availability. Where applicable, specific service level commitments are detailed in your hosting plan description.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from this Agreement or your use of our hosting services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services during the twelve months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your hosting services immediately if:

• • You violate any provision of this Agreement or our Acceptable Use Policy
• • You fail to pay fees when due
• • Your use of services poses a security risk to our platform or other customers
• • Required by law or regulatory authority

Upon termination, your right to access and use the services will immediately cease, and we may delete your data after a reasonable period.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
