How to Transfer Emails from Private Email to cPanel Print

Use IMAP to transfer emails between providers. You’ll need both inboxes added to a mail client like Outlook or Thunderbird.

Configure both your Private Email and cPanel email accounts using IMAP
Select all emails from the old inbox
Drag & drop them into the cPanel inbox (folder sync may take time)
Wait for full synchronization

Note: This requires both accounts to support IMAP. POP3 is not suitable for this.
