How to Enable Gzip Compression on Your Website

Gzip compression reduces the size of your web files (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), helping your site load faster for visitors.

To enable Gzip via cPanel:

  1. Login to cPanel.
  2. Go to Optimize Website under Software.
  3. Select Compress All Content or choose specific MIME types.
  4. Click Update Settings.

Once enabled, test your site using tools like GTmetrix or Pingdom to confirm compression is active.
