How to Use IP Blocker to Restrict Access Print

Want to stop unwanted visitors or bots from accessing your website? Use the IP Blocker tool in cPanel to block specific IP addresses or entire ranges.

Steps to Block an IP Address:

1. Log into cPanel via your Aviumshost account.
2. Click on IP Blocker under the Security section.
3. Enter the IP address, range, or domain you want to block (e.g., 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.0.0/24).
4. Click Add.

Blocked users will no longer be able to connect to your website. This is useful for dealing with malicious visitors, spam bots, or abuse from known IPs.
