Steps to Add a Contact Form

• Launch the Weebly Website Builder from your Aviumshost Client Area.
• Select the page where you want to add the form.
• Drag the Contact Form element from the left sidebar to your desired location.
• Edit form fields by clicking on each one (e.g., Name, Email, Message).
• Under Form Options, set the destination email address.

Once done, click Publish to make your updated site live.
